These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EZTOPUP.ONLINE (the "Service"), an online game top-up storefront. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
EZTOPUP.ONLINE sells in-game currency, top-ups and gift cards for supported games, fulfilled through our reseller network. We are an independent storefront and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the game publishers whose products we sell unless explicitly stated.
2. Orders and Payment
Prices are shown in Lao Kip (LAK), converted from our supplier's USD pricing. When you place an order, it is created as "awaiting payment" — it is not fulfilled automatically. Our team confirms receipt of your payment before the order is sent for delivery. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may change without notice.
3. Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, we deliver your order to the Game ID or account details you provided at checkout. Delivery is usually fast but is not instant and may occasionally be delayed by our supplier's processing times.
4. Your Responsibility for Order Details
You are responsible for entering your Game ID and any other account details correctly. We are not able to reverse or refund an order that was delivered to an incorrect ID you provided — please double-check your details before confirming payment.
5. Refunds
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the ID you provided, it is final and non-refundable. If your order was paid for but not delivered due to an error on our end or our supplier's end, contact our support team and we will investigate and resolve it, which may include a refund or redelivery.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for fraud, payment chargebacks made in bad faith, unauthorized resale, or to abuse promotions or pricing errors. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold any order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent or abusive.
7. Accounts
Creating an account is optional. If you register, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including issues caused by third-party payment or game-publisher systems outside our control.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
